What this site is for

This site provides information about La Taska: the menu, opening hours, how to find us and how to get in touch. Nothing is sold or charged for through it.

Bookings are not completed on the website. You request one by phone or on WhatsApp, and it is confirmed when the restaurant replies.

Menu prices and availability

Menu prices include VAT and are updated when they change in the restaurant. There may occasionally be differences between the website and the printed menu; the restaurant’s own menu prevails.

Availability of each dish depends on the market and the day.

Allergens

The allergen information shown on the menu is indicative and based on our usual recipes. Dishes are prepared in a kitchen where all fourteen allergen groups are handled, so the absence of traces cannot be guaranteed.

If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell us when you arrive and we will go through the dishes with you. That is the only reliable way.

Intellectual property

The texts, logo and design of this site belong to the owner. Photographs are our own unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to link to any page here. Reproducing the content elsewhere requires permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to Google Maps, to the restaurant’s Google listing and to its social media. Those are third-party services with their own terms and their own cookies: following one of those links takes you off this site.

Applicable law

This website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer legislation provides otherwise.

What we collect: nothing

This website has no forms at all. There is nothing to fill in, no accounts, no newsletter and no basket. We cannot collect your data because we never ask you for any.

There is no analytics and there are no cookies either: we do not measure where you browse, we do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you.

If you call or message us on WhatsApp

That conversation happens outside this website: on your phone and on the restaurant’s. Whatever you tell us is used to help you — to note a booking, to answer a question — and for nothing else.

WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy, which is not ours to control. If you would rather not use it, the phone number is right beside it.

Server logs

Like any website, ours is served from a host — Cloudflare — which records accesses for technical and security reasons: IP address, browser and page requested. We do not use them to identify anyone and we do not combine them with anything else.

The website content (menu, hours, photos) is stored in Supabase and contains no personal data about visitors.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies in your browser. None of our own and none from third parties: the fonts are hosted here, there are no analytics tools, no embedded map and no social buttons tracking you.

That is why you will not see a cookie notice: there would be nothing to consent to.

The restaurant’s admin panel does store the session of whoever logs in, in that person’s own browser storage. It is essential for it to work and does not affect visitors.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to us processing it. Write to +34 605 83 50 60 and we will sort it out.

If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

The site is always served encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the admin panel requires a password and is limited to authorised restaurant staff.
